This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Any of you guys/gals that didn't order originally with dual/raid configuration upgrade your hard drive yet?

    I'm looking for some additional space, and wondered if there was any particular brand/configuration that was preferred over the others? Sitting in a hotel now, so don't have any capability to open up the underneath - does it require any special adapters, etc to add the second HD?

    Device Manager is showing an Intel ICH8M Ultra ATA storage Controller (2850) - guessing most any SATA drive would work?
