I am considering upgrading my CPU and my RAM eventually and I am wondering what limitations there are on the chipset for the Studio 15. So basically I am wondering what the highest MHz ram I can install is, and whether any Core 2 Duo socket P CPU will work. Also, when the new Centrino Core 2's become available, will they be compatible?

    Thanks,

    -Dan

excuse me... but wouldn't the video be a bottleneck and hence make it an ineffective upgrade?

Yes, but I am not just doing video intensive operations like games. I do run some games, but I think a faster FSB will increase the overall performance of the machine, and it will increase battery life as the processor doesn't have to work as hard to do the same amount of work.
