Has anyone ever talked to dell support and negotioted a lower price on a laptop? I was just wondering if it was possible.
Also, is an LCD screen worth the extra cost?

Just say you've seen better deals with coupons, you were wondering if we could go any better on the price, my brother got a better price, etc.
They can throw in stuff for free sometimes instead of lowering the price, like warranty service. Or you can OFFER to get more warranty service for a discount, then call and return it or modify your order without it later.
LED offers marginally better battery life and marginally thinner. It's something I can't say is "worth it" because it's 100% preference. Like saying is a Glossy worth it - it's just preference. -
Yes I bought a desktop for my nephew, on site less than 30 days later they were selling $100 cheaper, called and said look I want the lower price or I will return and buy somewhere else. took 3 phone calls 2 people pretended they did not understand.
