I just initiated a process of returning Sony SZ680 for problems in the screen. It has alternated yellow and white patches on the screen. I guess yellow is a byproduct of LED backlight (even Macbook pro has the same problem). But sony screen absolutely ridiculous in having patches of such areas. What I would like to know whether anyone noticed any such problem with Dell XPSM1330.

No, never seen this on any of the 3 M1330's I've had.

Glad to know. Sony's was a perfect one except for this problem. I am at fix now which way to go. Should I wait till Sony fixes its problem or should I go for 1330.

I would go for the M1330, can't beat it. The Sony may have the same problem all over again.
