    Has dell's order status system ever been wrong?

    We have a mystery parcel coming today: they tried to deliver yesterday and i'm the only person in the house with anything vaguely coming. Has anyone ever received their laptop before Dell's order status said it had shipped?

    Did you order any extras? But yes, the Dell tracked is not the most accurate and your laptop could be ready to be delivered.

    DHL's tracking is not the most accurate. Though beware. On the date my M1530 was out for delivery, I was at home. I kept refreshing tracking around 5PM, then at 5:20PM... it said that the "owner was not home" when clearly they had made no attempt to even ring my doorbell....

    So I had to go down to the nearest DHL hub and picked it up myself.

    Yeah, replacements are the same, takes 4 days for them to get a brand new one to you all the way from china, non refurb. Its amazing.
