Having trouble applying coupons...

I customize a 9300 and everytime I do so and enter one of the coupon codes, I get the following error:

However, for the life of me, I can't find out what my order code is and how to get the discount.

 

It also says "Dell Home Customers" in red above the thing I just copied and pasted. How do I become a "Dell Home Customer"?

 

Its a tricky thing...there is a special e-value code that must be listed on the 9300 in order for the coupon to work. Instead of me trying to explain how to do that, here is the link....

The 9300 is listed on there, and should be mostly, if not fully, customizable. Once you add it to your cart, it will automatically deduct the coupon.

To become a dell home customer which i did and recieved $35 off a discounted option just configure a system and check out and fill out the a form for dell home customers. Don't go to the point of purchasing the system. In a couple of days you will recieve a mail from dell welcoming you and giving you the coupon. Try it works trust me. They will also give you the 750 off coupons which work but these are only active for about 3 days in my case. but it works.
