Quick question for those of you who have the noise:

Does your power adapter have 3 prongs?

I was reading over at sony boards and they were having this problem, which sony is fixing by sending grounding adapters.

This is me just wondering, how would a 3 pronged power adapter possibly help when you are running on battery power? Im just assuming that the noise is still heard on battery power.
