Just reived my Alpine White 1520 t7500, 2mb ram, 256 8600 gt. I did a clean install of windows vista home premium to rid of all the bloatware. ZRuns greta, except for the fact that I CANNOT update my Nviidia drivers to the anything but the drivers supported on the Dell support page! I've tried 169.04, 169.06, 169.09 and 169.12. I keet geting the same error message.

THE NVIDIA SETUP PROGRAM COULD NOT FIND ANY DRIVERS THAT ARE COMPATIBLE WITH YOUR CURRENT HARDWARE.

What am I doing wrong?!?!? Any help would be appreciated, Thanks!

I also get this msg as well....

SETUP HAS DETECTED THAT THE OPERATING SYSTEM IN USE IS NOT WINDOWS VISTA(32 BIT). THE PROGRAM AND ITS ASSOCIATED DRIVERS ARE DESIGNED TO RUN ONLY ON WINDOWS VISTA (32 BIT). INSTALLATION WILL BE TERMINATED.

I am running Windows vista 32 bit!!!!!

Try the drivers from laptopvideo2go.com and using their modified .inf file.

You have to replace INF file with modifed one from laptopvideo2go.

Each driver has it's own INF file which are provided right next to the driver download.

I had the same problem and I installed the original Dell provided driver first then updated to the current driver. Try not to install the newer driver first and thing will be done.
