I recieved my M1710 today, and I am quite pleased with it. Unfortunatly, I discovered that my 8X CD/DVD Burner (DVD+/-RW) with double-layer DVD+R write capability wasn't opening my discs. I've try 4 different cd's. They show up in "My Computer" but when I click to open them, nothing happens. If I choose "Explore" it opens a new window of my desktop. Am I doing something wrong? Please tell me I don't have to send it back in...
    Thanks in advance.

2 of them are burned, another is blank, and the other one is a McAfee CD

After speaking with Dell, they asked me to do their PC restore, hopefully it will work.

Edit: A restart fixed the problem. Strange.
