    Help! Floppy Disk drive problem? Reads but cannot Save or Delete?

    Hello, I have a small problem in my Floppy disk drive? (3.5'')

    When I insert a Disk (used) It will read the contents fine but If i go to eraze or save anything to it. I get 'Write protection' But I have taken write protect off the disk (that slidey bit of plastic on the back yepp tried that) But I brought brand new floppy disks and put them into the A:/ and the computer wont allow me to save? says 'Write protected' again there brand new? whats going on?

    Anyone got idea? How I stop Write protected
