    Help! Vostro 1500 slow response to keyboard

    Hi

    Using WinXP, my Vostro 1500 is pretty fast when it runs my CAD program, but its response to keyboard input is frequently slow. Specifically, I'd have MS Word running to perform simple text inputs. At times, the Vostro is about 3-4 letters behind my current keystroke. Any thoughts ot suggestions? Is there a setting that controls response time to keyboard inputs?

    Thanks for that link. The startup control software worked very well. Now, the Volstro responds as fast as my fingures will move on the keyboard.
