This is my first time posting so please excuse me if its the wrong forum. I just purchased a Dell Latitude C840 UXGA LCD 2.4ghz 512mb ram on ebay. It has a 32mb nvidia Geforce 440 card. When i first got it it seemed okat then i started to notice the display turned greenish or blurry. Its still readable but the photos or video look awful. I tried to remove the card and re-insert to make sure the connections were good and i installed the dell drivers for the card. I even updated the BIOS. Do i need to purchase a video card or could it be the LCD itself? Please help?

Sounds like the LCD to me. But the way to test is to hook it up to an external monitor or TV. If you do that and the problem persists, it's the video card. If the problem goes away on the monitor of TV, it's the LCD that is the problem.

Yes you were correct. Its the LCD I hooked it up to an external monitor and its finely displayed. I filed a complaint with Paypal.
