Help And Advice Needed ..Please Help

Right where do i start lol .. this might go on a bit im really sorry but your advice is really needed !! OK system built Jan 08 , 3yers warranty

I noticed a funny movement under my "J,K,L,:,@ etc infact the buttons above and below too !!

I rang Dell , (indian call centre) I said what was happening and explain i though it might be something wrong with something inside ... he wanted me to take the k/b out etc and i said i wasnt comfortable doing this .. anyway he talked me into it .. i followed his instructions and i said i cant get the black cpanel off (where the on/off etc is) and its ging to snap .. just giggle it with your screw driver he said

Anyway it blue screened and then nothing since lol , they have offered me a new system with a biyt of a upgrade to say sorry ...

What do you think i should be asking for ?? its cost me of money and wasted time a loss of a lot of work due to this .. and this bloke not listening when i said i didnt want to do it , i dont know whats happened but the HDD is knackered , M/B , coud also be damaged ..

What do you think is a acceptable level of upgrade on new syestem/goodies ??

What kind of upgrades have they offered? Or is it up to you what you want? I don't have any experience "bargaining" with Dell but I would get as much out of them as you can.
