Help Getting Dell Concession Coupon!!!

Hey guys wondering how long does it take to get your dell concession coupon. I have been on and off the phone , sending and replying to dell emails since last saturday Dell told me the coupon was sent monday then told me it was sent Friday but I have yet to once again receive it. Now i know they have the correct email because they have been replying back to all my emails and questions quite often. Just wondering if anyone esle having promblems and wondering can the process be done while I am on the phone so next time i call up tell them to do everything when i am on the phone?

 

uhm whats a concession coupon and how good is it?

 

A concessions coupon is almost like a gift card... If it's worth $100 then it will be good for anything $100.01+. So you could buy some nice $110 speakers and only pay $10 when using the coupon. I have only gotten one in the past, I think it took about a week. It's good for several months...

 

Yeah, sometimes you get them within a couple of days, other times it takes a week or so. They're just really slow with issueing them.

 

so how do you get them to send you one in the first place?

 

If you have major problems with your system or major delays in getting it generally they will offer to compensate you.
