    Hi

I'm trying to find the Access key for my new Bluetooth wireless keyboard. I'm not seing it in the documentation I received with the keyboard.

The Keyboard is working with the bluetooth dongle they give with the keyboard but I have a bluetooth module built in the notebook so I don't want to use the dongle.

Anyone knows what is the access key# for thise keyboard?

    Anyone can help?

    What is the Model #???

Try: 1234, or 1111, and, 0000 if not try this:

When the bluetooth wizard finds the keyboard, don't just click "Add". Right click over the new device found (which is the Dell BT Keyboard) and select properties, then select "Services". After that, Wait for a few seconds until the keyboard & the bluetooth both sync. Then, check where it says Drivers for Keyboards, Mice, etc.

    Or,

Isn't there some Setpoint Software you have to install? That help's synce the keyboard with your lappy?

If it is like the one I bought when you go to add it the wizard should display a key, you just type that in on the keyboard and it should see it.

    Hi

Thank you Cin, this solution worked:

When the bluetooth wizard finds the keyboard, don't just click "Add". Right click over the new device found (which is the Dell BT Keyboard) and select properties, then select "Services". After that, Wait for a few seconds until the keyboard & the bluetooth both sync. Then, check where it says Drivers for Keyboards, Mice, etc.

The software that comes with it was only useful with the bluetooth dongle provided by Dell and not the one integrated in teh notebook.

    Now it's working fine

Thank you again for your help

I'm glad its working for you now! Hopefully, you won't encounter any more prob's with it going forward!
