    Perhaps some pictures would be helpful. Or booting into bios and seeing if you can locate a model/service tag.

    Not possible to identify by these numbers?

    They told me that's the notebook they give at my new job, but I'm not sure about the specs.

    does this Dell notebook PC have an operating system installed (like Win10)?
    if some version of Windows is installed, try running msinfo32.exe or dxdiag.exe
