    Hi there!
    This may have a really simple solution, and I'm just being stupid, but I want to purchase a Dell Studio 15, using this link from dmxdimension. Except I get a strange compatabilty error,

    The selection - No Accidental Damage Support is incompatible with Enhanced Service Packs

    I have no idea how to solve it, any help would be much appreciated!

    It sounds like you need to add Accidental Damage Support or remove the Enhanced Service Pack.

    i tried, and couldn't uncheck that button. ask a sales agent on Dell online chat to fix it for you
