Well... I somehow managed to pop the ctrl key off. I thought I could just put it back on, but it turns out each key requires TINY nuts that are magnetically held to the board. I'm missing one... does anyone know how I can get replacements?

Are you certain you can't just push it back into place?

Like Brian said, you should be able to snap it back on depending on how it broke. If after a few tries it doesn't snap back on and you are still under warranty, then call dell Technical Support.

They'll ask you to try and replace the key again, and if doesn't work, they'll send a new keyboard (you'll get in 2 business days usually) to your house with instructions on how to replace it. Takes about 5 minutes to replace it.

I would recommend to use chat and not call because it is quicker with chat.

Hey, thanks to both of you for your help. It turns out that the keys are just a pain to snap back on. I don't know what in the world those little nuts were for, but I didn't need them.
