    Hi,

I own Dell Studio 1737 with OS Windows Vista Home Premium SP1, but i have couple technical issues for that. I need you guys to help me to solve those issues.

    1. Fn F10 button or eject button on keyboard don't work. The only way i can eject the cd/dvd from the tray is by right click on the windows explorer. Does anyone know how to solve this problem? Is there a hardware issue or software issue?

    2. In Device Manager in the Other devices subpart, there are 2 devices does not have their drivers. They both have yellow ! on them. I have Dell driver CD, but i couldn't find the drivers for both devices.

The properties of each device shown like this:

    a. Ethernet Controller
    Manufacturer: Unknown
Location: PCI bus 8, device 0, function 0

    b. Unknown device
    Manufacturer: Unknown
    Location: on Intel(R) ICH9M LPC Interface Controller - 2919

I am so frustrated to find the drivers, since i dunno what kind of devices they are and what their manufacturers.

I really need help and where to find those drivers for those devices. If i uninstall them, i dunno that is a good idea or not.

    Thanak you.

for your first problem: I believe its a problem with that particular batch of studio's. I work at Best Buy and our first couple studio laptops did the same thing, had to send them back to Dell. I'd give Dell a call, maybe by now they've got some sort of hotfix for it. Good luck.

The second issue, you want to look for the Intel Storage Matrix drivers on the support.dell.com site.
