    Help uninstall programs

    I just received my e1505 in the mail. Its great except for all the crap loaded onto it. I want to delete it, but im not sure which programs are necissary and which I dont need and are just slowing up my computer. Is there a list of programs that I shoud get rid of. Should I keep norton ghost because it keeps asking me to set it up. Also every 15 seconds the hourglass appears next to my mouse. I read some other threads about this and deleted the google stuff, but it didnt help. What other programs should I get rid of to speed it up?

    Reformat and do a full reinstall.

    Unless you dont have the Win XP Disk.
