This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Help with 1520

    I just received my 1520 and the wireless network does not work. It says it is connected, yet when i open IE it shows as "not connected to the internet".

    How are you connecting to your wireless network? Is it a secure network using WEP?

    i dont knw if this will work.

    i read in some other 1520 post.
    its something to do with mcafee and selecting and de-selecting some options.

    check if you disable mcafee you are able to connect..... :)
