Hello I just installed a 2nd HDD in my Studio 1737, with a WD 500gb 2.5 sata drive, when I booted the studio back up after install it found and loaded a WD driver for it, I can see the 2nd HDD in BIOS, and also in disk manager, but it dose not show up in my computer. I try to go to Control panel/administrative tools/computer management/disk manager. Right-click on the drive and choose Partition, then format. The only options there is.
    Update Drvier Software
    Disable
    Uninstall
    Scan for hardware changes
    Properties
Can any one tell me what I am doing roung? Thank you all for any help.

Are you sure you're in Disk Management? Sounds like you're in Device Manager.

Go to Disk Management, there should be a HDD with unallocated space. Make a simple partition and Windows will format it.
