    What’s up!
I’d really appreciate some help trouble shooting what could be wrong with my laptop. I’m suddenly having a problem with Sonic MyDVD LE v7 and I don’t know what to do. When I try to open the program (which has been working fine up to this point) It starts trying to configure Sonic RecordNow Data (and when it can’t find it on my system) it asks me to insert the ‘Sonic RecordNow Data’ disk and click OK. Since this program came pre-installed on my Dell e1505 I click cancel and it says:

An installation package for the product Sonic RecordNow Data cannot be found. Try the installation again using a valid copy of the installation package ‘BMPLE.MSI’.

After clicking okay in response to that message from Sonic MyDVD LE I get this system message:

All your drives are set to disabled. On this operating system, in order to start you must either physically remove your drive(s) or enable at least one drive.

Well thanks for any advice you can offer in advance.
    Thanks again,
    Jake

    What's up,
Oh well I tried re-installing it through the "add/remove windows xp components" route but it still looks for that file. From what I've seen through searching other sites I"m just going to have to order a utilities disk from Dell but I'm hoping there's another way (I don't want to have to through the trouble of haggling with the customer service rep!). Well thanks for responding though, and if anyone else has some advice i'd appreciate it.
