Strange problem with my 1530. Whenever i move it, and something gets twisted, pressed or something around hinges (i think), the back lighting goes off. the only solution is to restart my laptop. Is there an easy solution for this (aside from not moving it). Could this become a permanent issue? And no, i don't know what exactly triggers the problem. Thanks in advance! BTW, I live in Peru (bought it in Miami), so sending it in is kind of discarded.

probably have a loose cable. i think there's a guide somewhere on this website for 1530's to disassemble your bezel and screen. if not for 1530 specifically, check out some other disassembly guides and use that info to figure out where your cables are and get to them to check they're connected properly.

May be the "button" that sees whether the lid is closed might be loose or something.

Actually, the image is still there, but the backlighting goes off. Moreover, this laptop has no button for thatm its incorporated somewhere inn the hinge mechanism. Ill be cheking for any loose cables as soon as I get my hands on a disassembly guide. Thanks for the help so far.

Image without backlight points to the inverter. Check the cable connections at each end of the inverter.
