I've been using a Macbook Pro for a few months with a Apple Mighty Mouse. It's a bluetooth mouse and one of the things about it is that you only need to slide a little covering over the laser light out of the way and click it twice and the Macbook will connect to it.

You might wonder why I'm posting this in the Dell forum? Well, I also use a Dell D820 and I'm just wondering if there is any bluetooth mouse for Windows that works similarly. Below is a link to the instructions on Microsoft's website regarding how to connect a mouse / keyboard.

When re-connecting (after suspending or shutting down), while you don't have to go through the discovery phase again, you do need to press the "connect" button your mouse, and then go into bluetooth settings and re-establish the connection. It's a real PIA.

Is this just the way WINDOWS works? Any changes in Vista? I'm running XP.
