Well, I purchased an m1330 2 days ago and it's still currently in production, but several other components are shipping atm, but I found a pricing mistake. I forgot about the 4% DPA additional discount cause I didn't see it at the time of purchase, but a friend of mine showed me how it works. I used the EPP 12% discount and 10% holiday discount but forgot the additional 4%. If I notify them will they change the pricing now?

Do i call them for price adjustments, if so what number(s) do I call? Or what other steps do i need to take?

    Thanks. Replies plz.

You just need to call Dell's main line (I think 1-800-WWW-DELL which is 1-800-999-3355) and ask to speak with EPP's customer service. The 4% DPA thing should not be a big deal since they regularly run that promotion and they can obviously see you used DPA.

Just say they deal was available at the time (and still is) but Dell did not make it known to you. They should do it, but no guarantees.

Yeah, forgot to mention that CS is only open from like 9-5. They are not 24-7 like the tech teams.

ok just called, and the guy said that the amount will be changed once it ships, and provided me the dell case id. Then he said he'll call me again later.

The thing i don't get is why not just instantly change and credit me back the money? did they really acknowledge the change or is that guy playing tricks?

all he gave was the case id with no further proofs or acknowledgement. should i call back and ask for further info, if so what would that be?
