I thought it would be nice to post the extension numbers and names of dell CSRs who were helpful during our purchases. I had a great experience with this one CSR and i though i would post his extension and name so that if any of you wanted changes made or order something he would be able to help you. Anyway his name is

Please share any other CSR numbers you may have so that we can help other people get good CSRs to help them.

Above extension is for U.S calls

Probably worth specifying which country it applies to as well.

The thing about Dell reps is that for one person they will be extra helpful, but for the next they will not bother the slighest bit to help you. I expereinced this 1st hand with many reps.

lol If one of these reps get a lot of traffic and people calling say "I got referred to you by someone on NBR" - I can guarantee you this, those reps will have a bounty on the posters head for maxing out their workload.. LMAO..

You wanna know what works? Acting like you know what you're talking about, and taking control. Because if you act like a dumb little unaware consumer, They'll push any crap on you just to avoid added work. Trust me, they HATE filling in dispatch forms and will do anything to avoid it. lol

Catching them on a good day helps.. lol

Nope. I hear people complaining about bad CSRs and so i thought i would try to help out the people on the forums by suggesting a CSR i had a good experience with.

think we should get their permission before posting their name and number on this public forum.

Sorry, but we have heard of complaints about the posting of the contact information of DELL employees getting posted on a public forum, please refrain from doing so unless you have permission from them [which is highly unlikely to happen for various reasons].

When I talked to my rep, he asked me what I was going to be using it for and I told him I already know what I need it for and have all the specs I want layed out online, I just called him to see if I can get a better deal. He said ok and went through the list of different things, I told him what I wanted for each one, then told him I didn't want any software or accessories and just wanted to get my total. He gave it to me, then gave me an extra 8% off, then gave me free overnight shipping.

Ahh well too bad. I thought it would have been nice to point to reps who were good. Im sorry for posting it. The guy told me to tell my friends and gave me his number to give to them so i figured i would tell you guys. I already gave the number to my cousin and he said he would check it out tomorrow.

You can probably lock the thread and close it right mujtaba?

Anyways, again sorry for the post.

I asked my rep if she would like me to post her info on the forum.. she said, "Sure!" I told her to prepare herself for the bombardment, and she almost sounded exited. But I won't post the information here unless the mods say its ok.
