are trying to use these college/army whatever loopholes.

Dell has to be the worst company for getting a straight answer on a price. You could logon to their website 5 times in 1 day coming from different links and everytime the price will be different. You could call up 5 different times and each person you talk to (if you can even understand them) will give you different prices. They toss our these coupons all over the net and people fight over them to use them first or get the best deal. If dell had some standard people wouldn't need to resort to these shady tactics.

Anyone who pays full price for a dell got screwed by them. This is why so many people are looking for a loophole or yelling at dell to get a better deal.

The thing I don't like about dell is they don't give Canadian very good options, eg. I can only get the TL-56 from dell where as on the US website I can get the TL-64.

Ok, so maybe buy a car is a pain also, but thats every car dealership, as far as I know dell is the only computer company that does this.
