    I really didn't ask if you "were doing your best to ship my order." Two of my questions weren't answered. I guess he/she doesn't speak English. Haha. I could do their job better than them, that's the sad part...I'm only 14.

    Even if you do change the LCD screen, they will have to make your laptop over again. But I do know that the anti-glare screen is shipping very fast. Got mine from order to my house in 7 days.

    It's okay, I was 17 (well sixteen, I just turned 17 today) when I was calling Dell about my laptop posing as my dad.

    You don't have to pose. I'm 20, don't have credit so the prefereed account is in my mother's name. When I chatted with the rep I told her who I was and that I wasn't the name on the account. As long as you have all the required info they don't care.

    Oh and btw I love this:
    The rep I chatted with told me the exact same thing. I laughed so hard!

    Hahaha. LOL. I wasn't really posting as my mom, because I put in my own name, and my address. I said the account was hers, though. After all, it doesn't really matter who is talking to them. I myself could go buy a laptop from them with a debit card. As long as they get the money, they don't care who they talk to.
