The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

There are threads active today going into 5 pages and threads active yesterday going into 9 pages.

    Here's some suggested sub-forums:
    I hate Dell
    I love Dell
    I love/hate Dell
I could care less about Dell
    What's a "Dell"?
    Inspiron
    Vostro
    XPS
    Lattitude
    Precision

    Or

    17+"
    15"
    >15"

Not really sure what they should be, but if you look through the most active recent threads some kind of division should be come apparent.

You can look at this forum for inspiration: http://www.notebookforums.com/forum71.html

You can create all the sub-forums you want, but this basic flaw will foil things every time.

I agree some sub forums would be useful, there seems to be a heap of activity of this board and new posts dissappear a few pages back very quickly

Then it is already flawed, because Dell is a subforum of Notebook Manufacturers which is a subforum of Notebook Forums and Laptop Discussion.

Now let's talk about my ASUS R1F...
