    Hibernate and touchpad issue

    Hi NR members,

    I have formatted my laptop "dell insp 1501" and reinstalled the OS from scratch,when i look at my device manager list,its all ok and all the drivers are well installed but the problem i have lost HIBERNATE option from power menu,usually whenever i used to attempt to shut my lap off it was giving me 4 options which is RESTART,SHUT OFF,STAND BY,AND HIBERNATE,now the last one have dispeared for some reason and i can not get it back .
    I also have issue with my touchpad its working fine i mean i can move the cursor fine and use it to click BUT i can not scroll down or up NEVER and this problem i have had it since the day i have ordered my latop from dell website,please if anyonce can help me i will greately be thankful.
