Dell sent me a replacement screen etc a while ago.

I had the screws and the little rubber grommets sitting down in a small pile. When I went to put it all back together I see that someone in my household :)mad :) has knocked the pile and lost 1 of the little rubber grommets that sit around the screen.

Is there anyway to get a packet of these from Dell or something?

LOL, I have the same problem, but i'm missing two little rubber stops. If you contact Dell, let me know how it goes.

How did the screen replacement go? I replaced mine about a month ago and there wasn't a difference. I had thought to try my luck to see if there would be an improvement in light leakage and/or color washout issues. They weren't really bothering me much in the first place, but nothing really changed when I put in the new screen. Both Samsung BTW. I didn't loose any of my bumpers though...sorry to hear about your loss.

On a side note, whenever I'm working with small screws or pieces that I need to keep track of, I use a piece of masking tape and stick all of the screws or pieces to that and if I bump or knock my screws around, the piece of tape just moves and everything stays put on the tape.

Screen replacement was a total waste. The Samsung replacement I got was identical as well :)
