    these are 2 pics a friend of mine just sent me showing me the bleeding on his auo wxga+ screen HOLY HELL this is bad wowowowowow..... i cant even believe this one...check this out not the best pics but still damn the first was at hald brightness the second was at full brightness

    Wow that is bright. He should get that replaced, thats the worst I have seen.

    It shouldn't be as bad as it looks, it looks like the camera is on a slow shutter speed. But even if it was on a high one, it still looks pretty bad.

    he said the actual white light bleeds about half way up the screen and at both top corners..he said its so bright you can almost see the bulb or tube behind the screen or at least thats what it looks like and yeah they are sending him a replacement

    Yeah I have something like this on my E1705. But I cannot do anything about it since:

    1. My warranty didn't cover it.
    2. My warranty is now expired.

    That is how my M5550 came back... lol alienware got a mad customer at their phone the next day :) my new screen should be coming back tommorow.
