    Folks,

I have done research and have not come up with a solution.

I have high def content on my notebook. What cables and connectors do I need to get 1080i/p resolution on my HDTV from my notebook? We don't have a DVI-out.

I need to connect to the TV via HDMI or Component

    Thanks!

Off the top of my head this is the only thing I could think of...

    http://www.smarthome.com/777060.html

It'll convert VGA to Component Video. Doing a further search might turn up a better price.
