My Inspiron 1520 has a Midnight Blue lid, with microsatin finish. This blasted material is driving me crazy! Its always cold and clammy to the touch, and picks up fingerprints which refuse to go when rubbed. Worse, its a dust magnet. The dust particles don't even fly off when dusted with a cloth, but cling closer to the rubbery material. Within a few weeks, the lid accumulates a millimeter thick layer of dirt. Has anybody any idea how to maintain this lid?

    Thanks.

:err: Huh, I love mine...I just wish they were easy to remove so I could have a few more colors & change them at will. Anybody know an easier way to remove the lid than removing the entire top half(screen, hinges, etc.)
I also like the feel of it a lot more than the 'Jet Black' cover on the Inspirons.
As far as keeping it clean I use 'Simple Green'(diluted) & a soft cotton cloth.
