Where can I receive the EPP discount? Also does the $350 coupon code work on the 1520 series?

Your company/institution has to join the program and provide you with the member number.

Or just go to dell.com/epp, then select anything (i.e., K-12) in the drop-down.

You can't just "get" EPP, it's for certain college students and employees of special organizations. Also, the $350 coupon DOES NOT work on EPP sites.
