I ordered an Alienware M11x, then I canceled it the next day because I found a cheaper and better computer. It was still in the "Order Processing" stage, and I was just wondering how long it would be before I get a refund.

    Hey!

You were still in the Order Processing stage & canceled. Normally, when you are in the Order Processing stage...your CC is only charged a Pre-Authorization. Meaning, it has a pending hold put on your CC, to be sure that the funds are available to proceed with the build process of your lappy.

Only when your lappy is about to be shipped to you is when your CC is finally charged in full for the purchase.

Usually, that pre-authorization charge drops off w/in about 48 after the initial charge.
