Hi. I have a INSPIRON B130 from DELL. I remember call their support to ask to to restore my notebook to factory settings, it was something like restarting and pressing ctrl and F 11 (i think)....

    does anyone know?

    My 90 day support ended.

Reboot your system. At the dell logo, hit ctrl + F11 at the same time, and it should prompt you for the restore.

This will only work if you haven't reformatted or edited your partitions in any way.
