I mean, my Est. Ship date is November 6, 2007... I mean, that is, quite frankly, not cool at all seeing as though I was hoping to get it as soon as possible, as in... late next week, by Friday latest. Anyways, I just called dell and whatnot to check on my progress and even though I ordered it yesterday, it says that I am currently in the boxing stage. It basically flew through pre-production, kitting and building. It was testing last night when I checked and as I said I just found out its at boxing. Definitely I am all elated and stuff bout that, seeing that from what I have read so far all thats left is for it to be shipped to my place in NY.

So, seeing that its at boxing and I opted for 2 days delivery, providing that boxing takes three days, can I expect it by about Monday, or rather latest Wednesday? Even though the Est. Ship date is Nov. 6 2007 and thusly Est. Deliv. date is Nov. 8. 2007.

Pre Santa Rosa I would say you would get it on time, I got mine 1 day early. Post Santa Rosa, I don't know if Dell has got their act together yet on all the delays they were having at first. :(

My first Est. Ship date was actually the 23rd of October...
But by some freaking something... my Est. Shipping date changed to Nov. 6th when I checked on the web page... which is quite vague to be honest. I mean all it told me was 'In production' and the freaking Nov. 6th estimation date.

HP was right on target with it's shipping dates. It took a bit longer to get it built, but I could track it right from China, right to my door.

Oh yeah does Dell ship right from China also??

I don't know, I think I read somewhere that it's coming from Malaysia... Not sure how accurate that is.
