My placed an order for a studio 14z laptop a couple of days back. I guess I didn't do enough research before hand, but I found out that I don't think the laptop is right for me. I mean I did my research and read reviews, but probably should have spent more time down at bestbuy playing with the laptop. I wasn't too happy with the build of the laptop the second time I went back to bestbuy. The screen just seemed very flimsy and the trackpad was a PITA to use. Then I found out that the cpu that I ordered the laptop with (T6500) doesn't support XP mode in Windows 7. The combination of the two has made my really regret making the purchase.

I called yesterday to cancel my order, but just ended up getting transferred all over the place without having really solved anything. I was told that they can't cancel the order because it's already in production, which seems ridiculous to me. I don't know if it's because I ordered through my university EPP or what, but I found customer service to be terrible. What can I do to return/refund my order without having the pay for the 15% restocking fee and whatever shipping charges to send it back?
