I wouldn't find any place to contact them, do they have warranty for their mouse?

I bought the allienware mouse about months ago, but it doesn't work property

So I need a replacement for it

Did it say it has warranty? Usually when you buy it it would say something about it. Go to your countries Dell website, and under the search there should be a "Contact" link. You can probably find out through there.

They also have Live Chat, so maybe worth a shot to go in there too.

Ohh, wow. Everything I click on asks for the Service Tag! That's silly.

I'd just email Customer Service, they'll forward it on to the tech department... Hopefully.

I used the chat and had no trouble getting a replacement mouse months ago while it was still under warranty. I don't remember giving a service tag first though that sounds new. Good luck with it! :D

It should at least have a one-year warranty. Have your order number ready when you contact them.

I prefer to use chat because I can make sure they get my address correct, although the regular Dell support is probably India-based, so the chat would be even more compelling. ;)
