    tho normally in Europe they do things like offer free printers, double memory for free, free shipping, free complete-care upgrade, extended warrenty etc ... so on a €3000 system you can save $750 US ...

    thing is the market is nowhere near as tough over in Europe...so Dell has no need to push for market share the way they do in their primary market, which is the US ...
