    Hi there,

I bought an used (second hand) Dell notebook, advertised as Latitude E6330. But strangely though, even the chassis and screen size both perfectly fit to what E6330 is supposed to have, however, when I turn on device, I see that the device has E6430s BIOS version either on Diagnostic menu and on Windows, which is identical to E6330's BIOS version too, according to Dell website (version A12).

I contacted the seller and no motherboard has been changed and the device is originally E6330, but he had no idea how E6430s BIOS was installed, no comment at all.

I read some incidents that Dell Command Update program could mistakenly install incorrect BIOS on other models, however I cannot confirm if this was the issue at past (before I own the laptop).

    Any comment is appreciated.
