    How do I find out my notebook's production date?

    I was looking at the tags underneath my inspiron 1520 and can't find out where they place the production date. Did I overlook it?

    It probably does not say.

    Your best bet would be to look at your order status history on the Dell website.

    There you can get a rough estimate as to when it was built.
