I just clean installed MCE, and the hibernation button is missing! How do I get it back?
I noticed that with the default, bloated Dell installation I had a seperate option for hibernation on the shutdown screen (so 4 Icons in total, Standby, Hibernate, Logoff, Shutdown). I'd really like to have that option back and not having to press shift to turn Standby into Hibernate.
Thanks, gurus!

In the registry, create this key:
\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\System\Shutdown
Create a DWORD value named ShowHibernationButton and set its data to 1. Now, go ahead and click Start, Shutdown, and you'll see all four buttons available simultaneously.
Lastly, you can go to the Display Properties' Power Management applet and choose "Tell me what to do" when you flick the Power switch and get all the options at your fingertips!

Thanks for the link to microsoft. But it says it needs a hotfix, and modify the registry AFTER applying the hotfix. I just dont know where to get the hotfix.
