Is it better to search the internet for deals, call up a dell rep or just go to a kiosk? My first inclination is the internet but there seem to be a nearly unlimited number of evalue codes out there which a dell rep may have better knowlege of.

Number one is call during normal hours. Their after hour staff does not speak English nor do they know what they are selling.

Number two look online for sales and call in. Some will give you breaks on the warranty.

Three Try a kiosk as in person they might be willing to make a deal.

Four Be willing to walk if you do not get what you want. They have deals everyday.

Dell is really hit and miss from my experience. Just bought a loaded XPS and waiting :D

They usually give break on warranty if you go for 3yr or 4 yr warranty.

Its a miss for Inspiron 6400 for this Boxing Day sales. Their listed Hot Deal on i6400 is a cold deal.
