I just formatted my new Dell Inspiron E1505 by using the guide, and now I'm at the point where I'm using the Dell Resource CD to reinstall drivers. However, I have a little issue. As I understand, checkmarks are for drivers I need, however, for some components, there are three listings. For example, I see all 3 checked:

Intel Mobile Chipset Rev. A09 (if I hover over it, it says System Models: MXC51)
Intel Mobile Chipset Rev. A09 (if I hover over it, it says System Models: 710m)
Intel Mobile Chipset Rev. A09 (if I hover over it, it says System Models: ME051)

I guess my issue is similar to this post:

Did I get the wrong driver disc or is something else wrong?

EDIT: Never mind, I just Southern Girl's response in that that thread and it looks like I did get a wrong disc. You can close/delete this topic.

choose which ever one has the check mark next to it, that is the one that is in your system. If there is no checkmark by any of them then call tech support and they will tell you which one.

[EDIT] I guess I should read the whole post before replying, nevermind then.

Well, I just downloaded the drivers from the website. However, I still have one problem.

I have a device under "Other Devices" named BCM2045 showing up with a yellow question mark. I'm pretty sure this is Bluetooth. When I first started the computer, I remember I installed the Bluetooth drivers by clicking on a little tray icon back when I had all that bloatware from Dell, but now I'm not sure what to do. I downloaded and installed the Intel Pro/Wireless Network Connection drivers but that didn't seem to help.

EDIT: Figured out that one too, I just looked at my system list from my order history page and figured out I have a Dell Wireless 355 Bluetooth Module, so I got the driver for that. Looks like I'm good to go!

The BT drivers are located in the networking section. I saw this over on Dell's official forum, and there is something weird with the BCM2045 where you have to get the correct driver. If you see something like Intel XXXX w/ BT that is probably the driver that you need.

You might try just downloading the single driver for BT also.
