I believe it could be an icon right on your desktop, I remember my old notebook had a 3 months free AOL icon and you just click and go through the motions.

But how do they know to come to your house and put it in?

ahhh you dont have an ethernet jack yet....Contact the service provider and they send someone over to install the needed components.

Yeah no ethernet. But does Dell contact them and tell them to give me 3 months free? I'm really confused on what the process is for this deal.

Well If you get them to connect the ethernet ports (I dont know how much that costs), you are not obligated to sign up with Rogers yet. Then, you just connect to the port with an ethernet cord and click on the icon on your desktop which should setup your connection for you. Then, after the 3 months if you like rogers you can call them up and they can setup a plan for you (which usually also includes the first 3 months free).

I think that it's 12 months if you buy an XPS
