Quick question guys,
My order status is now 'shipped' and i have been provided with a tracking number. Once on the UPS tracking page, i can't work out what my shipment reference is :S
Any ideas?
Either:-My Customer Number
-Order Number
-Tracking Number
None of them work seem to work...maybe a really stupid question but i'm confused haha
Unless it hasn't shipped yet?

Copy and paste what you think the UPS tracking number is into a google search bar. If it is a valid UPS tracking number, google will automatically detect and look it up for you.

Just go to UPS and put in the tracking number. UPS doesn't know your customer or order number. It's possible it won't find anything for the first day or so as Dell generates tracking numbers on their own and UPS doesn't know anything about the package until it receives the info or the package is picked up.

As soon as I enter my tracking number into the shipping reference box on UPS I just get this text below:
"UPS could not locate the shipment details for your request. Verify your information and try again."

You have to wait till you get an email from dell with the ups tracking number. The order status page needs some time to update the tracking information of your order. So you will see on the page that your order has been shipped, but the tracking number information will be wrong.
