How do you know if your replacement or old laptop/notebook has returned back to dell? Is there anyway to confirm it?

Call them and ask. Or if you package had a tracking # check that.

My replacement was listed once in order status as what I had to pay. When they got the old laptop, an identical order was placed with a negative amount owed.
